Neighborhood Schools Initiative, Inc. (NSI) is a Florida-based nonprofit established in 2026 to support and operate innovative neighborhood-centered education models.

NSI serves as the separate nonprofit entity operating Orange Center STEAM Academy (OSCA), formerly Orange Center Elementary School, Florida's first district-to-charter school designed to unite academic excellence with wraparound support for children and families.

Orange Center STEAM Academy is a Neighborhood Schools Initiative school founded through a collaborative partnership between Lift Orlando and Orange County Public Schools.
